As the world continues to recover from the pandemic, the events industry has had to adapt and find new ways to engage audiences. Hybrid events, which combine elements of both in-person and virtual experiences, have become increasingly popular as they offer a way to reach a wider audience while still providing an immersive and engaging experience.

At a recent event for “Women’s Health, Celebrating International Women’s Day”. We had the opportunity one again to provide a hybrid experience for the attendees. This Included integrating Zoom calls and Powerpoint presentations into the conference delivery. Our client, EssexEQUIP and the delegates were thrilled with the results. There was a diverse range of attendees from the medical community, with most presenting in person, and with some joining virtually through Zoom.

One of the biggest challenges we face with these type of events is creating an environment that would allow for seamless interaction between our in-person and virtual presenters. But with good planning and excellent organisation from the team at EssexEQUIP and not forgetting the support of the staff at the Lion Inn Boreham, all went smoothly.

Overall, all were delighted with the success of this seamless and winning experience for both our in-person and virtual presenters.

We believe that hybrid events are the future of the events industry. We always enjoy working with EssexEQUIP and we look forward to continuing to provide a great conference experiences for years to come.
