Return on investment is big on the mind of most businesses. Time is a great factor to consider, like how many days will the shoot be or how much Pre-production planning is needed. Will special lighting and equipment be required or colour correction & motion graphics applied to the video. All these factors will directly effect the cost, keeping it simple is the best advice to keeping it on budget.
This depends entirely on the type of production. For simple talking heads interviews we can provide a single videographer, who will work alone to capture all the necessary footage.
As that may suit some situations, for the best results it is best for a two or more person crew. Ideally consisting of a director to oversee the filming and conduct interviews, a camera operator to concentrate on the visuals and and sound recordist to assure the best sound is recorded. This will ensure your message is covered more effectively.
For more complex filming requirements we recommend extra crew members, such as additional camera operators, and lighting expert.
Subtitles have become an increasingly common request and we can offer a couple of options. We can either add subtitles directly to the video as burnt in subtitles or we can provide a separate sidecar subtitle file that can be uploaded to YouTube and other video platforms to be overlaid on the video.
As a generally rule we backup any footage and project files for a minimum of two years. We’re happy to revisit and refresh older projects – for example if you have changed your branding or want to update facts and figures about your business. If there are concerns about data sensitivity we are happy to erase all our copies of the media on project completion.
