Return on investment is big on the mind of most businesses. Time is a great factor to consider, like how many days will the shoot be or how much Pre-production planning is needed. Will special lighting and equipment be required or colour correction & motion graphics applied to the video. All these factors will directly effect the cost, keeping it simple is the best advice to keeping it on budget.

Every project is unique, but the production process can be broken down into three stages.

1. Pre-production:  This is where we develop a video outline or detailed script, confirm budgets and arrange filming and delivery dates with you. We work with you to learn about your business and together define what it is you need from the video. Questions like: Who is your target audience? What is the key messages you want to communicate?

2. Production:  Now, it’s time to have some fun!
This phase is where you capture all the interviews, main footage and B-Roll for your video.

3. Post-production: Once all the footage is captured we’ll get to work on the edit, reviewing the footage for the best content and crafting the footage into a coherent narrative.

Subtitles is an increasingly common request and we’re able to offer a couple of options here. We can either add subtitles directly to the video (burnt-in) or we can provide a separate subtitle (.srt) file that can be uploaded the video platform to be overlaid on the video. This also allows you to switch the subtitles on and off. The cost for subtitling whether that’s burnt-in or separate SRT files, will be specified in the budget.
